How We Work: Preparing a Listing

 

Before your home is listed, we’re committed to making sure it’s as appealing as it can be in every way. The better it shows, the faster it sells, the shorter time it’s on the market, the higher the price. We’ll consult about curb appeal, kitchen or bathroom upgrades, paint, de-cluttering, and staging. We’ll help you uncover ways to cover costs in the short term with tools such as private money, bridge loans, or short-term reverse mortgages.

 

How We Work: Understanding the Listings You See

 

When you’re looking at listings, it’s sometimes difficult to see potential. The right property – in the right neighborhood – at the right price – might have pink carpets, an orange kitchen, and knotty pine in the study. It won’t work! We’ll help you cost out the changes you want and need, so that your “right property” ends up with white oak floors, granite counters in the kitchen, and a second bathroom.

 

How We Work: Contract to Close

 

A sale isn’t concluded just because an offer is accepted. In fact, that’s often where the hard work begins. We’ll continue to provide the service you deserve when you’re “that close” to transferring keys. That includes inspection, appraisal, the loan process, homeowners’ association details, closing documentation with attorney, title company, lender, co-op agent or unrepresented buyer, information on utilities and neighborhood services, final inspection and walk-through, settlement statement, and final close including transfer of keys.
